Hello everyone! For me, today's story starter elicits quite a few different memories. Door slamming might bring to mind many memories for you as well. Or, it could give you a brilliant idea for a story. There are many things you can do with this beginning.
One way to have a strong beginning to a story is to have a very emotional and descriptive opening to a story. The sound and the tears already has people wondering what it means and what will happen. It piques the interest of the senses.
