Hello everyone! Today's writing prompt is to list your favorite animal and why it is your favorite. It can be a specific animal, like maybe your dog, Rover. Or, it can be dogs in general…or whatever your favorite animal may be.
Many children's stories feature animals. Maybe not as much, but they are found in MG, YA, and adult books as well. So, to bring to mind how you feel about animals may give you a great idea for a story. And, to me, that is the point of a writing prompt… to give you an idea when you are experiencing writer's block.
